What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment via bank transfer/check and all major credit card cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is based off of the delivery address for your order.

Do you charge shipping?
Yes, our standard shipping rate is 7.5% of your total order.

Do you provide expedited shipping?

Where do you deliver?
Our standard shipping rates include curbside delivery or to a business loading dock.

What Is your cancellation policy?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order or if your item is backordered.

How will I receive order updates?
Once your order is processed, we will send a confirmation email. We will send tracking information once the order has shipped.

What if my order is out of stock?
If your order is out of stock, we will provide you with an updated shipping timeline via email. Note that out of stock items have the opportunity to cancel within 24 hours due to delayed shipping.

Where can I find warranty information?
Warranty information is in a downloadable PDF online. We offer a 3-year warranty for all m.a.d. products within the US, Canada and Mexico. Click here.

Where can I find assembly or care instructions?
If applicable, assembly instructions will be included with your m.a.d. order. Care instructions are listed here.

What If I Live In Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands?
We are able to ship to these US territories.

For these locations, additional shipping fees may apply. Our Customer Service team will confirm any such fees 24-48 hours after your order is placed and will not finalize your order until you accept the final terms.

Is m.a.d. able to ship to a PO box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.
